Uno speciale showcase dedicata a MAD Solutions, collaboratore di lunga data di Middle East Now, che celebra i suoi 15 anni di attività a Firenze insieme al festival. Il programma di quest’anno include una vetrina speciale di 15 cortometraggi realizzati da giovani registi emergenti del mondo arabo e distribuiti dalla divisione di distribuzione dell’azienda, MAD Distribution, negli ultimi 15 anni, offrendo un’opportunità unica di sperimentare le nuove voci del cinema arabo odierno.
MAD Solutions è il primo studio indipendente panarabo di consulenza creativa e di marketing completamente integrata per i film arabi e l’industria dell’intrattenimento. Fin dalla sua nascita, MAD è riuscita a creare connessioni e partnership significative nell’industria cinematografica e dell’intrattenimento, che le hanno consentito di commercializzare e presentare in modo efficace la sua lista di oltre 1.000 forti titoli narrativi, documentari e cortometraggi, rafforzando l’esposizione dell’industria cinematografica panaraba nel processo. Per quanto riguarda l’impatto dell’azienda sulla scena araba dei cortometraggi, MAD Distribution è riuscita negli anni ad aumentare la popolarità dei suoi contenuti di breve durata in tutta la regione, riuscendo a ospitare diversi programmi di cortometraggi in numerosi cinema, spazi artistici e locali e a renderli disponibili al più vasto pubblico globale su piattaforme di streaming consolidate come Netflix, OSN+ e MUBI.
MAD Solutions – a long-time collaborator of Middle East Now – is celebrating its 15 years of activity in Florence together with the festival. This year’s program includes a special showcase of 15 short films crafted by young emerging directors from the Arab World and distributed by the company’s distribution arm, MAD Distribution, over the last 15 years, offering a unique chance to experience the new voices of today’s Arab cinema.
MAD Solutions is the first Pan-Arab independent studio and fully integrated marketing and creative consultancy for the Arab films and Entertainment Industry. Since its inception, MAD has managed to forge meaningful connections and partnerships in the entertainment and film industries that have allowed it to effectively market and present its slate of more than 1,000 strong narrative, documentary, and short titles, bolstering the exposure of the pan-Arab cinema industry in the process.
In terms of the company’s effect on the Arab shorts scene, MAD Distribution has managed to elevate the popularity of its bite-sized content across the region over the years, managing to host several short film programs across numerous film theaters, art spaces, and venues and avail them to the wider global public on established streaming platforms like Netflix, OSN+, and MUBI.
