The festival presents a series of events dedicated to Middle Eastern food culture, including the Cooking Class of Persian cuisine “Pomegranates, rose and saffron. Tales from the Persian cuisine”, Saturday April 12 at MaMa Cooking School; two evenings of special tastings of Middle Eastern and Persian cuisine (“A Tavola con l”Egitto” – April 10, “A Tavola con l’Iran” – April14), and the installation “Middle East Cuisine Books”. A series of events focused on telling the contemporary culture of this area of the world in an engaging, interactive and exciting way for the audience. Among the events of this edition:

A bookshop-installation presented by the festival together with the group of architects Archivio Personale, which at the Odeon Cinema put the spotlight on a special selection of books on Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, which can be viewed and purchased by the audience.
