Dear Middle East Now friends and fans,
we are working for you and despite the difficult moment, the 11th edition of Middle East Now will take place!

The latest preventive measures introduced at a national level, have forced us to postpone the dates of the festival which will no longer take place from March 31 to April 5, 2020, but at a later date which will be communicated soon.

A painful but inevitable decision to offer our loyal public the opportunity to participate in the event and to meet the international guests invited to Florence. The general situation is in fact made even more difficult by the restrictions on entry and exit by some European and non-European countries (including several Middle Eastern countries), which would certainly have jeopardized the presence of our guests – directors, actors, producers, artists, chefs, musicians, experts and journalists – which in fact are one of the strengths of our festival.

In these days the Middle East Now Team is evaluating the new dates considering the best position in the calendar, also considering the evolution of the health situation in the country.

The program will not change, we will try to confirm all the guests, all the initiatives and special events scheduled during the festival: we will keep you informed about the new dates, which will be announced soon, and please continue to follow us with the same passion and curiosity, we need all your support!
