He is considered to be one of the most influential figures on culinary culture in the Arab world, and is also the founder of <i>Tawlet<\/i>, a cooperative restaurant in the <i>Mar Mikhael<\/i> quarter of Beirut, that, each week, invites a cook from a different region of the country to cook authentic Lebanese local dishes.<\/p>\n<p>Kamal Mouazwak will be one of the special guests at the 2016 festival: there will be a <b>performance dinner-event<\/b> at the <b>Teatro del Sale (Thursday 7 April, 7.30pm)<\/b>, where he will be assisted by one of his chefs, the Lebanese \u201cmama\u201d Nada Saber; and a cookery lesson about <strong>\u201cThe secrets of the Perfect Tabbouleh and other special dishes of Lebanese homecooking<\/strong>\u201d, will be held during the festival (Saturday 9 April, Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu).<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><a style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5;\"
