Annunziata, two beautiful title from the last edition of the festival\u00a0– the Syrian feature film “Round Trip” and the Iranian short “Keep us Keep us” – on the occasion of the summer cinema arena Apriti Cinema!
\nMoreover, wednesday July 31, at the Off Bar of the Lago dei Cigni at the Fortezza da Basso, an evening presented by Middle East Now inside the programme OFF Cinema 2013: on the spot “Jasad & the Queen of Contradictions”, documentary portrait of the controversial journalist and poet Lebanese Joumana Haddad, founder of the first erotic magazine in the Arab world… and the funny short film from Bahrain “This is London.”<\/p>\n

\nSaturday 20 July, a special evening with two \u00a0films screened at the last edition of\u00a0<\/strong>“Film Middle East Now”.
\n<\/strong>Piazza Santissima Annunziata,\u00a0<\/strong>from 9.30 pm \u2013 free entrance.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The second edition of Apriti Cinema!, the summer arena dedicated to Florentine and international film festivals – a project by Quelli della Compagnia together with Comune di Firenze for Estate Fiorentina 2013 – will see also the participation of MIDDLE EAST FILM NOW festival.\u00a0Here are the titles in the program:<\/p>\n
