An absolute novelty of this edition – in line with the festival theme \u201cVisual Voices\u201d – is the “MUSIC FOR FILMS” focus<\/strong>, dedicated to the soundtracks of Middle Eastern films: a focus on the creative contribution that music is able to give to the practice of making films , specifically in our case, for Middle Eastern cinema, presented thanks to the contribution of a highly talented and award-winning composer like Omar Fadel<\/strong>. On the program 3 films directed and produced in the Middle East with music scored by Omar Fadel: THE UNITED <\/strong>by Amin Matalqa; IN SEARCH OF OIL AND SAND <\/strong>by Wael Omar and Philippe Dib; YOMEDDINE<\/strong> by Abu Bakr Shawky. <\/span><\/p>\n
