And it\u2019s time to watch the premiere of <strong>&#8220;AYOUNI&#8221;<\/strong> (Uk\/Qatar, 2020, 75 min.), the new documentary by the award-winning director <strong>Yasmin Fedda<\/strong>, dedicated to Father Paolo Dall\u2019Oglio and Bassel Safadi, that\u00a0Ptas\u00a0launched in competition at CPH DOX festival Copenhagen. The protagonists are Noura and Machi, searching for answers about their loved ones \u2013 Bassel Safadi and Paolo Dall\u2019Oglio, who are among the over 100,000 forcibly disappeared in Syria. Faced with the limbo of an overwhelming absence of information, hope is the only thing they have to hold on to. \u2018Ayouni\u2019 is a deeply resonant Arabic term of endearment &#8211; meaning \u2018my eyes\u2019 and understood as \u2018my love\u2019. Filmed over 6 years and across multiple countries, Ayouni is an attempt to give numbers faces, to give silence a voice, and to make the invisible undeniably visible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>In addition to the special screening on Wednesday 29 July, the film will be On Demand on the \u201cPi\u00f9 Compagnia\u201d platform until 31 August.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/middleastnow.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ayouni-Poster.jpg\"><img style=\"color: #000000;\">The screening is introduced by a conversation with the director<strong> Yasmin Fedda<\/strong> and<strong> Machi Dall\u2019Oglio<\/strong>, sister of Paolo Dall\u2019Oglio, with the special participation of <strong>Viviana Mazza,<\/strong> journalist of the foreign editorial staff of Corriere della Sera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>&#8211; The
